From Ron Angel, son of Hodgin’s first principal Tonie Angel—

My mother spent so many years at Hodgin. I was a very small boy when she spent the summer getting the original site, which consisted of barracks as I recall, set up and supposedly helped. I’m sure I was just underfoot. She went on to see it through to the new building. Many people came through as teachers, parents, custodial workers, cooks, and students and more. It was a rich life and she gave much to the
community. We greatly appreciate your efforts.
